1. TERMS AND OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
The following contract defined as ("Contract") is a distance contract under the italian laws. For more information see the Italian Laws and the related applicable discipline in the Italian Civil Code, please. The contract is stipulated for selling art objects and furniture, such as original paintings, giclée, silver and gold items, between ARTCHANNEL.BIZ, located in Isernia, C.da Le Piane, 60 Italy - P.I. 0039 6780 942 and the user ("the customer") . The contract is established once the ARTCHANNEL.BIZ accepts directly a buying request from the customer trough internet, followed by the offer invitation on the website www.artchannel.biz , based on the modalities listed in the following articles.

2. PRICES
Prices listed are in Euro. If the destination of the product is in Italy or in the European Union, only the prices for transportation will be displayed on the cart. This because the price listed already includes the IVA tax. If the destination of the product selected is outside the European Union the price will not include any taxes but only the transportation fees. The sales carried out outside the EU territory may be subject to local taxes, import charges or custom charges, related to which ARTCHANNEL.BIZ declines any responsibility. 3. PURCHASE AND PAYMENT CONDITION
A) In order to complete the products purchase procedure, the Customer must register in this site by entering the data requested in the respective form (Login). Registration is absolutely free of charge (look at 9. RIGHT OF PERSONAL INFORMATION TREATMENT in this contract).
B)Following the request of purchase sent by the customer trough the website, there will be sent a response email that review the purchase and contains payment info. Trough this, the company informs the customer that its request is accepted. If the customer wishes to purchase, he makes the payment, otherwise he can renounce without any fee: if payment has not been received within 5 days after the response email, the order will be cancelled.

4. DECLARATIONS ABOUT THE PRODUCTS

C) Please note that we cannot warrant for improper or inappropriate use.
D) All original artworks (paintings, sculpture) have The Certificates of Authenticity signed by the artists, according to italian law 1062, 25 Jan 1971. Certificates will be transferred to the buyers.

5. DELIVERY OF THE ITEMS PURCHASED AND RECLAIM
A) ARTCHANNEL.BIZ delivers its products to the address indicated by the customer as soon as possible and within the terms under the law at Art. 54 D.Lgs. 6 September 2005 n. 206. An artchannel's trusted carrier will be used for shipping: all shipping will be trackable.
B) Any reclaim may be sent to the following address: customer@artchannel.biz
C) IMPORTANT: if customer receives goods damaged during transit, it is essential that he keeps all damaged packaging for inspection and contact us IMMEDIATELY.
D) Defective Items or Damaged Goods: please contact us using the Contact Us form on the website, or by sending an email to customer@artchannel.biz stating when the delivery arrived and quoting all relevant document numbers. We will then be able to help you resolve the problem, provide you with any warranty information or assist with the replacement or refund of your product. It may also be useful for you to provide us with digital images of any damage, including damage to packaging.
E) Do not return products without first contacting us. No Packages will be accepted if You do not contact us.
F) All returned merchandise must be in original condition, with all original packaging and must include the original documentation (including Certificate of Authenticity where provided).

6. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
ARTCHANNEL.BIZ accepts customer orders accordingly to the quantity requested and the availability in the stock. Therefore ARTCHANNEL.BIZ reserves its right to accept the order based on the supply accessibility. ARTCHANNEL.BIZ will communicate immediately any possible out of stock.

7. DUTY OF THE BUYER CUSTOMER

8. RIGHT OF RENOUNCE
A) the customer has the right to renounce the contract without any penalties and with no obligation to declare the reason of renounce, within 10 days from the delivery of the product. The registered mail is considered valid only if it is accepted by the postal office within the time indicated in the contract.
B) The customer cannot request a refund in case of personalized items, and anyway, the refund can be asked only if the item is in its original form.
C) The shipping fees for returning the product are charged to the customer. ARTCHANNEL.BIZ will refund within 30 days from the return day the price paid by the customer.
D) IMPORTANT: please ensure that you re-pack the returning goods securely, we are not able to offer refunds for goods that are damaged in return transit; returns sent without original documentation will not be accepted; merchandise that shows signs of use, wear, alteration, laundering or contamination by smoke or by other dangerous contaminants, will not be accepted.
